  My husband made a comment of Tom Coyne's service as such: "If I was his manager and he performed his job the same as he did with managing our case, he'd have been fired on the spot." Thanks to his mismanagement, documents being lost and shuffled everywhere but where they needed to be, and poor choice in mortgage insurance companies, my family and I were homeless for three weeks, living in a hotel. We had our animals housed all over the state while we waited for the PMI company to figure things out. Not to mention I was pregnant and the stress was unbearable - but I won't go into details about THAT. Tom didn't seem phased by any of this - "It's just the banks and how they operate." BS! After we found the PMI company to be in default by mishandling our info and coincidentally "denied coverage," Tom sent our case to another PMI company stating, "Oh, this company usually works faster." ...WHAT?! Why in Earth weren't they used in the first place? What a joke. Needless to say, we had our PMI policy approved within 24 hours. Thanks to my husband being proactive and taking things into his OWN hands, we were finally able to meet with the title company and get things moving. So, unless you want to possibly face the same challenges my family faced, go elsewhere,
