- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 16 years and I would drive to Seattle, long before I would enter this branch again. I was transferred here for work in 2009 and consistently mistreated by the staff and management of this branch. It is constantly backed up, staff appear incompetent, disrespectful and such treatment was reported to regional and corporate contacts, with no avail the service remains unsatisfactory. The ATM is often out of service requiring a trip to Pendleton, OR or Yakima, WA; simply to do banking as I refuse to patronize this branch due to their obviously inability to serve customers effectively, effeciently and with respect. Due to this branch alone, I have reconsidered my relationship with Wells Fargo. I hold and manage 7 accounts, including a commercial account and wonder if Wells Fargo corporation ever plans to deal with the ridiculousness of this branch and it's poor customer services.By R2 PDMP, November 04, 2016
