  I was sent a phone number to call the office. I called the office, but got a recording which give me much information of no value, but did not let me actually reach a person. Wasted about 15 minutes of my time.

  First off, note the address: 8131 W Klamath Ct, NOT 8131 W. Grandridge, which is right across Klamath Ct. I arrived a few minutes past 9, when they opened, and stood in line to enter the room, where I was greeted by a friendly computer kiosk that asked me several questions, then spit out a numbered receipt. Expecting to wait, I took a book. The wait wasn't long, and the only problem were the screaming kids. I guess either their parents are deaf, or think the screams are cute. The acoustics in the room suck bilge water. The young lady who helped me was friendly, compassionate, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. All in all I was in and out in about 40 minutes, and except for the wee monsters screeching, not bad. (The office has no control over the wee monsters)
