  Made all my money disappear, after I told them I wanted the rest of my trust fund and no longer represented. At minimum it was hundreds. Of the $6,000 I got $5 back and I have nothing really to show for it. Only told one thing to have another done. Never did get the itemized bill I requested, or a return phone call after my messages. The beginning they seemed like go getters...then I realized and told them how it was going to roll out if we did not focus on why I hired them. Then sure enough.... VERY DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST

  Jennifer Lacoste was the best lawyer I've ever had the experience of working with, I was lucky enough to have her assigned to me for my divorce. Even though it was not the most pleasant circumstances, she made the process as easy and quick as possible. Jennifer and her paralegal Alexis kept me well-informed while the proceedings were happening every step of the way.   My husband and I came to Ashby Law when we were in fear of my step-daughters being suddenly moved out of state by their birth mother. Jennifer LaCoste was our attorney, paired with Anita as our paralegal - and they are incredible! They understood we wanted to be fair and reasonable throughout the process, but were anxious to put protections in place and were ultimately hoping for 50/50 custody. We felt very secure having them represent us. Without a doubt, they had our best interest in mind every single step of the way. At the hearings, Jennifer was focused, calm and strategic. We have to say the same thing for Anita, who was always prompt, detailed and both were more than willing to help us navigate the legal system. They never wasted our time, but both made us feel like we really, actually, mattered to them. We had a force behind us and it was worth every penny because in a relatively short period of time (approx. 4 months) WE WON 50/50 custody of his little girls and we couldn't be happier. Amazing legal team, wonderful people, and an outstanding firm.

  They will work hard to get the job done right. Sometimes there is a lapse in communications but not to worry, and don't think they have forgotten about you; they are getting everything in gear to give you all the information at 1 time. Sometimes patience is a must :)
